How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your billing page → click Manage subscription → cancel in the Stripe portal. Your access continues until end of billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Email support@trylinkamp.com within 7 days of your first payment with subject line "Refund Request". We process within 2 business days.
My hooks aren't generating. What do I do?
Try a different URL — some pages block scrapers. Product pages, blog posts, and YouTube links work best. If the issue persists, email us.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign in page, click "Forgot password" and we'll send a reset link to your email.
