These Terms of Service govern your use of LinkAmp (trylinkamp.com), operated from India. By accessing or using LinkAmp, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service

LinkAmp is an AI-powered content generation tool that helps affiliate marketers generate hooks, CTAs, LinkedIn posts, and Twitter threads from URLs. We offer a free tier with limited generations and a Pro subscription for unlimited access.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LinkAmp. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • —Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
  • —All activity that occurs under your account
  • —Ensuring the accuracy of your account information
  • —Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

LinkAmp is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use LinkAmp to:

  • —Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or defamatory
  • —Spam or harass other users or third parties
  • —Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • —Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our service
  • —Circumvent usage limits through automation or multiple accounts
  • —Generate misleading or fraudulent affiliate content

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

5. Subscription and Payments

Free Plan

The free plan includes 5 hook generations per month at no charge.

Pro Plan

The Pro plan is $19 USD per month, billed monthly. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment if you are not satisfied. Contact legal@trylinkamp.com to request a refund. No refunds are provided after 7 days or for renewals.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice via email.

6. AI-Generated Content

LinkAmp uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

  • —AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • —You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
  • —We do not guarantee any specific results (clicks, conversions, or engagement) from generated content
  • —Generated content is provided for informational and marketing purposes only

You retain ownership of all content you generate using LinkAmp.

7. Intellectual Property

The LinkAmp platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by LinkAmp and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

When you paste URLs into LinkAmp, we extract content from those pages. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content. We do not endorse any products or services found on third-party websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, LinkAmp shall not be liable for:

  • —Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • —Loss of revenue, profits, or data
  • —Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • —Any results (or lack thereof) from using AI-generated content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

LinkAmp is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of LinkAmp after changes constitutes acceptance.
